Jessica Kelly Siobhan Ryan Bio
Jessica Kelly Siobhan Reilly, an English actress from England. Her role in After Miss Julie, at the Donmar Warehouse (2003 - 2004) was nominated for the Laurence Olivier Award. Her TV and film credits include Eden Lake (2008) and Sherlock Holmes (2009). Reilly was the daughter of Jack Kelly, a former police officer, and also a hospital receptionist mother. She attended Tolworth Girls' School in Kingston where she took GCSE drama. Her grandparents are Irish. Reilly wrote to the producers of the TV drama Prime Suspect to ask for work, and six months later she auditioned for a role in an episode of Prime Suspect 4: Inner Circle, which was broadcast on ITV on 7 May 1995. She was the lead character Kathleen Le Saux in 1996's episode of Carlton UK Television's period drama show "Bramwell". A few years later, she appeared alongside Helen Mirren in the film Last Orders.Her first professional appearance was followed by a sequence of part that were performed on the English stage. She collaborated with Terry Johnson on four productions which included Elton's Glasses (1997), The London Cuckolds (1998), The Graduate (2000) and Piano/Forte (2006). Johnson composed Piano/Forte and stated that she was a huge fan of Kelly. Reilly has claimed that she learned the most about acting from Karel Reisz, who was her director in The Yalta Game in Dublin in 2001. She stated, "He was my masterclass." There is no way I would have been able to be able to portray Miss Julie if I hadn't been able to perform that show."
